Most administrative papers, (i.e. insurance forms) can be completed within 21 days.  Please leave details for the doctor with the secretary.

These do not require an appointment for this service.

The NHS has a contract with GPs to provide a list of comprehensive health services. Some of the additional services provided by our practice are not under the GP NHS contract, such as insurance claims, Doctor Special Statements and private medical examinations for occupational reasons. 

Please expect a fee for these non NHS services. After staff or your doctor agree on providing the service they should inform you of any charges before carrying out the non NHS work.
